They are experts in all aspects of floor preparation, product selection and installation and are so confident in their flooring services that they provide a 5-Year Installation Guarantee.

The company's main objective was to increase leads and the quality of the leads. To achieve this goal, they partnered with GRAVITATE to create an efficient Google ads framework.

One Source Flooring's primary business objective was to increase the volume and quality of leads to drive revenue growth.

To achieve this, our marketing goal was to drive targeted traffic to their website and increase flooring installation enquiries. To align with the client, we established campaign goals and KPIs such as cost-per-conversion and conversion rate, which directly impacted their bottom line.

The Strategy

To drive lead generation for One Source Flooring, we utilised a combination of Google Ads products including search and performance max campaigns. Our strategy was to target keywords related to One Source Flooring flooring products and services, in order to reach potential customers who were actively searching for these products online. We also utilised the Performance Max campaigns to bring volume to the website. We chose these products because they allow us to effectively target and reach a large audience with the right message and to drive leads to the website.

The Outcome

The success of the campaigns for One Source Flooring was evident across various key metrics. Our efforts resulted in a significant 67.2% increase in conversions. We managed to decrease the cost per conversion by a commendable 52%, demonstrating a harmonious blend of efficiency and effectiveness in our strategic approach.

The broader business implications of these metrics were clearly evident. With the influx of high-quality leads, One Source Flooring experienced a surge in sales and overall revenue in August. This strengthened their position in a highly competitive market, making them not just a choice but a preference for many.
