We're stoked to start this journey with you. It’s quite a beautiful thing that we’re creating here. Below you will find tips on how to set up access for GRAVITATE Digital.

Google ads

Please provide GRAVITATE with the Google Ads CID (the ID number of your account).

1. Sign in to your Google Ads account.
2. Click the help icon in the top right-hand corner.
3. Find “Customer ID” at the bottom of the menu.

GRAVITATE will then request access using this ID number and let you know when to expect a request email to approve.

Setting up a new google ads account

If you have not set up a Google Ads account previously, we have found a special coupon code where you may receive $600 in free ad credit when $600 is spent on Google Ads. Go to this link to learn more.

1. Please sign up to create a Google Ads Account (ideally getting the benefits of the coupon code).

2. You will be asked to follow through with a series of setup questions and answers, one of which will be creating your own ad. Jump through this and feel free to make the ad without anything content as this ad will never run (however is required to set up the account). Click “Next” to run through this ad set up. Once Ad is created, billing is set up and you can see the account dashboard.

3. PAUSE the Campaign (the one you just made to jump through hoops)...

4. Go to Tools and Settings > Access and Security > Security > Add gravitatedigital.com.au as a domain. Then in Users > Add info@gravitatedigital.com.au.

Google analytics

Please add GRAVITATE Digital as a user.

1. Log into the Google Analytics account.

2. Click Admin

3. Navigate to the desired account/property/view.

4. In the Account, Property, or View column (depending upon whether you want to add users at the account, property, or view level), click User Management.

5. In the Account users list, click +, then click "Add new users".

6. Enter the email address for the user's Google Account - info@gravitatedigital.com.au.

7. Select Notify new users by email to send a message to the user.

8. Select the permissions you want to allow. Learn more about permissions.

9. Click Add.

Google Tag Manager

Please add GRAVITATE Digital as a user.

1. Log into Tag Manager.

2. Click Admin.

3. In the Account column, select User Management.

4. Select Add new users.

5. Enter one or more email addresses.

6. Set Account Permissions. Optional: Set Container Permissions for each container that you would like the user to have access to.

7. Click Invite.

Google SEARCH CONSOLE

Please add GRAVITATE Digital as a user.

1. Choose a property in Search Console.

2. Click the Settings icon Settings in the navigation pane.

3. Click Users & permissions.

4. Click Add user and select the permissions to grant the user.

5. Enter the email address for the user's Google Account - info@gravitatedigital.com.au. The new user must add the property to their property list in order to access it.

Meta - facebook business manager and ads manager

Please provide GRAVITATE Digital with the Facebook Business Account ID.

We will then request access and let you know when to expect a request email.
