We are a 1% for the Planet member and currently support endometriosis and men's mental health as our two causes we give a sh*t most about this year… We give a portion of all our revenue to charities we believe in.

Expect semi-regular social events, lunches, arvo drinks, the odd coffee on the house... Absolutely no corporate ick. Whilst we’re not full kumbaya, we do love the occasional breath work session and yoga mornings to mix it up (if you’re interested, obvs), plus the odd surf in the morning, long lunch, or golf afternoon.
You:
We’re looking for someone clever, creative and resourceful; who delivers on time. Might be a bit of a unicorn job description, but we're looking for the right mix of the following:
⅓ Video content creator: You shoot, direct the energy of a room, and get emotional connection on screen. Premiere, Capcut or even DaVinci Resolve? Your kind of playground.
¼ Social media specialist: You’ve gone viral (or helped someone who did) and understand what performs.
¼ Graphic designer: Canva, Figma, Adobe suite. You're sweet on all of them. You can drop supers like a superhero and your eye for detail is part of your creative superpowers.
⅛ Digital marketing support: You want to learn more in paid ads, email marketing, socials, SEO, AI and more.
A dash of business & marketing coordinator: You keep the office hyped and supported. You're a do-er that gets things moving without needing reminders.
A garnish of agency readiness: You collaborate on a lawwttt, help anywhere and with anyone to help the team. You use feedback to grow.

Who: Warm fuzzy intro's aside, we’re not here to chase unicorns, we simply want someone smart, switched on, collaborative, with four legs, a horn, is magical and ready to grow in a team that backs action over ego.
What: As a key member and keyword warrior of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in account and client management for paid advertising and/or SEO, as well as other digital strategies for our growing clients. This includes analysis and reporting, client relationship building, marketing strategy, copywriting, ad platform optimisations and creative direction. You will manage your client ads accounts and work directly with your clients.
When: Monday-Friday. Minimum 3 days in the office with 2 days (optional) work from home. You must have an excellent at home internet connection and at home office working environment.
Where: Our office is located just off the highway in Tweed Heads (Northern NSW / Southern Gold Coast, QLD). Perfect if living on the Gold Coast or around Byron Bay, Cabarita Beach and Tweed Heads. Open to applications from the Sunshine Coast as we have a new Sunny Coast office too, but ideal candidates can work in our head office in Tweed Heads weekly.

- Has excellent copywriting, grandma and spelling skills. You can handle multi-tasking as your role will include client relations and business support
- Has 1+ years experience in paid ads, AI tools, SEO, email, social, and/or websites (agency or freelance. Ya'll welcome)
- Has a degree in marketing, communications, psychology, media, business, graphic design or something similar
Our ideal candidate has most, if not all these skills. Without diluting the conversation, video editing and content creation is the extra shot we want in the drink.
